JNChangtai 200W Laser Cleaning Machine has the rights to repair or replace a product in warranty period if it has a material or technical problem. We will charge for the maintenance under normal circumstances. It will be free if the machine has special problems.
Technical Support and Product Maintenance
Contact with JNChangtai’s engineer whatever problems occur when using , and make a troubleshooting under engineer’s direction.
All products waiting for repair or replacement should be placed in cases JNChangtai provides , otherwise JNChangtai will charge for the damage it may cause.
When customers receive JNChangtai products ,please check if the product is damaged and whether accessories is complete or not.

2 years warranty for the whole machine Life-long maintenance
Within the warranty period, if the machine breaks down or some parts damaged(Except the human factors and the factors of force majeure),seller should be responsible for repair for free. If the parts need to be replaced
seller will provide spare parts for free(except the wearing parts).
After the warranty period expired, the buyer only needs to pay the actual maintenance cost.
